The right to use the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan by enterprises, institutions and organizations, named in this Regulation, can only be given by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. 3. The reproduced image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan, regardless of its size, must always exactly correspond to the standards of color, black and white and three-dimensional image of the coat of arms attached to this Regulation. 4. The procedure for making the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan, the mass reproduction of the image of the emblem, the use, preservation and destruction of the seal with the image of the State Emblem is established by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. 5. Persons guilty of desecration of the State Emblem of the Republic of Tajikistan are liable in accordance with the law of the Republic of Tajikistan.

National flag 1. The national flag of the Republic of Tajikistan is a symbol of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. 2. The national flag of the Republic of Tajikistan is a rectangular fabric with three horizontally located colored stripes on the surface: the upper stripe is red, the width of which is equal to the lower green stripe; the middle white stripe is equal to half the width of one of the colored stripes. On the surface of the white stripe, from a wooden place in the middle of the flag, the zarkhal symbolized the tanking crown, and above it are seven stars in the form of a semicircle. The ratio of the width to the total length of the flag is 1:2. The flag's crown and stars are arranged in the shape of a rectangle with a vertical side of 0.8 and a horizontal side of 1.0 of the width of the white stripe. Five-pointed stars appear in the 0.15 photo range and are located in a semicircle with a radius of 0.5 of the width of the white band. The crown is 0.55 times the width of the white stripe; an arc of radius 1.2 times the width of the white stripe leans towards the base. Four arcuate elements forming the upper part of the crown, in the center with a 0.55 inch wide white stripe high cut, at the base an arc with a radius of 1.2 white stripe width is curved. The four curved elements that make up the top of the crown join in the center with part of a circle 0.2 in diameter of the white stripe. 3. During mourning, by decision of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Presidium of the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan or the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan may be raised in mourning form. In this case, a black striped fabric is attached to the beam (full axis) of the flag, the ends of which should hang down to the bottom of the flag. If the flag is raised with a stick during mourning, the flag is bent by 1/3 of the length of the stick. 6. The image of the National Flag of the Republic of Tajikistan is placed on aircraft registered in the Republic of Tajikistan. 7. The national flag of the Republic of Tajikistan can be constantly used in places of recreation for citizens, parks, avenues, lanes, over residential buildings and other places, as well as for decorative purposes as a state and national symbol, while there can be no disrespect for the state flag of the Republic of Tajikistan. 8. The national flag of the Republic of Tajikistan and its image, regardless of their size, must always exactly match the original color and the original of its drawing image attached to this Regulation. 9. Persons guilty of insulting the state flag of the Republic of Tajikistan are liable in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan.10. The procedure for preparing the national flag of the Republic of Tajikistan is approved by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
